I want to have the insurance company drop them. That would be a head ache. Police won't do anything unless they pull her over for doing something wrong herself.

You really can't unless you go through her bill, and that'd be illegal.

I agree that if she does indeed drive with revoked license, she needs to be taken off the street. However, cops don't just stop anybody for the heck of it. They need "reasonable suspicion" of a violation to initiate a vehicle stop. And if she's driving normally, then there's nothing a cop can do.

Think about something that *ahem* attract the police's attention to her car. Cars are pulled over all the time for busted taillights, lost reg sticker, and that sort of stuff. *ahem*

Some local PD's, and State of Utah, accept anonymous (or name withheld) reports of dangerous drivers. You'll need to check with your local PD. This is for people who want to get their relatives off the streets.

If she is insured, then they will find out eventually and automatically cancel her. Showing pics of her driving will not make a difference if they don't know that her license is revoked. How do you know that her license is revoked? Unless you know from her directly, how do you know?

Unless you straight up ask her, you don't find that info out. Chances are if she's driving w/o a license she's also driving w/o insurance.

Search google for "department of insurance" and your state; they can give you details regarding insurance fraud.
