How do i put new bike grips on my handle bar? I tried sliding it on but it's stuck.?

Spray hair spray into grip and slide on, will dry and won't move, DO NOT PUT OIL IN IT!!

Yup...hair spray is the way to go. Spray the inside of the grip with it and slide it right on. It will take about 5 minutes or so set up and dry. Most mechanics will shoot air in there to dry it instantly.

putting new grip on your handle bar is simple.
keep it in warm water at 60 degree for 5 min.dry it lubricate it with mobile oil.put it on the handle and push it with jerk .OK
