Try fade cream made for black skin at the drug store with some pure coco butter. It works for me when i got the chicken pox.

yeah i know what you mean, it's actually your hair. It's because the hair on your legs is coarse and not fine, you can try waxing to see if it's less noticeable and to remove your hair from the root, but it's not going away.
