For example, if you are interested in him and he is scared to make the first move. How do men feel about this?

I do not know if I would say desperate. My thoughts about men are if he thinks it was easy to get you then he will not appreciate and try to keep you. When a man has to work to get you he will do whatever it takes to keep you because he had to invest a lot of time and energy into you. I would say let him know in subtle ways that you are interested but wait and let him make the first move.

No, it shows confidence. It shows empowerment. She sees what she wants and goes after it. Men have to approach women all the time, but that doesn't mean we're desperate.
An easy way I find that most women approach me is to compliment me on something I'm wearing. The conversation begins there. I think just smiling and asking "How are you today?" is sufficient enough for the guy to take the conversation from there. If it goes well, he might as for your number. If not, you can always go bold and say, "Gino's restaurant, tomorrow night 7 PM. You can pick me up." Very bold, but you will stand apart. It's not desperation, it's selection. You're selecting him to see if he's deserving of your affection. If you look at it that way, you can't lose. And every moment you spend not going after what you want is a moment more of not having it.

I don't see anything wrong in it, why?, before a girl could make up her mind to approach a guy, hum! a lot of eye and body contacts must have been in exchange from both sides. They must be familiar to each other.

It is not possible for a normal girl to see a total stranger and walk up to him no matter.the feelings or lust.

After series of telepathic thought, the bolder ar more courageous person makes the first move, and i tell the story is always a simple question or greeting like hello etc and from there the guy takes charge.

I have a crush on a guy and he flirts with me but he is obviously too chicken to approach me (and I am too chicken to go to him), so I plan on approaching him anyway. I don't think it's an act of desperation at all. I want him, he wants me and once I approach him, we'll both be happy.

It's fine. I would rather approach the woman myself however it is nice to meet someone who is willing to take the chance themselves.

if you think that he likes you back or if you hang out then girls should not be afraid to go for it. some people think that the guy should ask out the girl but it could go either way.
