For example say 100 calories=50 fat calories= how many pounds. Well, point is does anyone know?

you don't have to be a doctor to know this, it's common knowledge. 3500= 1 pound. if you burn 500 more calories a day you will lose 1 pound a week. or, you could burn 1000 calories more a day and lose 2 pounds a week. that's a healthy weight loss rate.

You need to use 3500 calories for every pound. Easiest way to do this is to exercise as well as cut back. Check your BMI to make sure you are overweight though.

it really depends on your weight.....for example if you weighed 185lbs youd have to eat less than 1600 calories a day to lose 1 1/2-2lbs a week
