No, Asatru is the modern rebirth of the Pre-Christian indigenous faith of the Norse Folk -- the ancestors of the Norwegians, Danes, Swedes, and Icelanders. Its a polytheistic, nature-oriented faith grounded in an honoring of the High Gods of the Aesir and the Vanir, the reverence for ancestors and our moral code is implicit in the observance of the Nine Noble Virtues.
