i don't really feel the pain except when i'm working out. i can't do any kind of pushing exercise with my arms, like bench press or push ups. i also can't do any tricep exercises. does anyone know wats wrong? its' been goin on for a while now.

It might be arthritis. I would talk to you physician. You may be wearing on your joints a little too much. If you keep on doing this to yourself you may not be able to do much later in life. So be careful and try, I mean DO go to the doctors.

There is a very good chance you have what they call "Tennis Elbow" to put it in easy terms. It is kind of like having carpal tunnel in your elbows and comes from repetitive movements or from a strain . I have the same kind of pain also and have carpal tunnel in both my wrists all the way up to my elbows. Usually physical therapy and elbow braces help. The type elbow brace is just a band that fits below your elbow but does not cover it. You should see a doctor because if you continue working out with it injured that way you can cause even more damage. I didn't seek medical help and now I can't lift anything over five pounds anymore! Check with your doctor and don't let it get worse.

Sounds more like tendonitits. I have had this before. It went away after a while. You should speak with a doctor about it, but its not that serious.
