My cat is a year old and today she started drolling, rolling around and sticking out her tongue. Does anyone know what this is?

Is she spayed? If not, she is most definitely in heat! I'll assume she's not an outdoor cat, because if not she would be pregnant by now. Cats can get pregnant from four months of age. They need to be spayed for the good of their health - to protect them from mammary tumours and other cancers.

If she is spayed, this doesn't sound like anything to be worried about as long as everything else is as normal - usual eating pattern, normal poo and pee, no vomiting or lethargy.

Inside or outside cat? If inside only, it sounds like she needs to get spayed. She is probably in heat. If outside cat, it could be rabies or anything associated with poison. Actually she could have gotten into poison in the house also. If it looks really serious, call a vet now. If it looks like she is in heat, call the vet tomorrow and make an appointment to get her spayed. Hormones in un-spayed cats can make them go crazy.

seizure? orgasm? catnip high? spent an hour with Ellen DeGeneres???? Bee sting reaction? just finished a tootsie roll pop? still upset over the firing of Imus? missing Sanghia?
is the new Hero on "Heroes"> able to 'out-cute' his rivals? got a splinter from the witches' broom?

Seriously sounds seizure-ish? eaten grass with insecticide? licked furniture polish? ...hmmmmm....?

It could be anything...I would suggest taking her to a vet ASAP. It could be a seizure or maybe she/he ate something toxic.
