not eating after 4 may increase overall "weight" loss but not fat loss. the longer the body goes with out food over the course of the day the slower the metabolic rate will be. if you don't care about losing as much muscle as fat then not eating after 4 pm would be the way to go. if you are more concerned with preserving muscle mass and losing body fat then you will eat healthy balanced meals every 3-4 hours regardless of the time of day or night.

Yes! If you have the motivation and will power to do it, it will work and you will loose weight. If you get hungry, try eating an apple or something that would be very low in calories.

You have to be on a regular exercise routine as well. The two go hand in hand.

yes I lost 60 lbs but I watched what I ate all day to. I took up walking. Boy does that helps your body and mind.
