I know this sounds funny, but the other day i found a recipe in my drawer... i wrote it down ((must have had it at a party and liked it or something)).. but i didnt write what it was for... if you happen to think you know.. thanks in advanced

ingredients:
1/4 c plus 1 T semisweet chocolate morsels, divided
1 container (15 oz) fat-free ricotta cheese
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 t vanilla
1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1. Reserve 1 T of chocolate morsels for garnish. Chop remaining chocolate morsely using food chopper. Place in classic batter bowl. Add ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix using small Mix N' Scraper. Attatch closed tip to Easy Accent Decorator, fill w/ 1/2 cup of whipped topping & set aside. Fold remaining whipped topping into ricotta mixture.

2. Spoon dip into medium bowl. Grate reserved chocolate over dip using cheese grater. Pipe rosettes around edge of dip using decorator. Serve w/ cinnamon grahm crackers or fruit

I dont know it sounds like one
of many canoli(filling) recipes but the
graham crackers throw me off.

Chocolate Cheese Mousse (resembles a cheescake texture).
Great with Fruit Platter or on or in cakes and pastries

Sounds like a dip to be served as a dessert or a sweet appetizer. I'm going to try it-thanks!

It sounds a little like an offshoot of a S'more. But honestly, I don't know. But it does sound good!
