If a music artist has mp3s on there website that you can download by doing save target, is it a sin if those same mp3s are on their myspace page but not free to download?

well....... kind of. But does it really matter. They are only mp3s

They're their mp3's, they should be free to distribute them however they like. Maybe giving them away for free from their site is meant to serve as an incentive to visit their site.

I don't understand what this question has to do with Christians specifically, though.
