Ok I did not express myself correctly. I know blood is red regardless who you are. So lets start again and just say how little a part of your DNA is from a black relative You will be considered black. I don't feel anyone has answered my question.

I thought that blood was red..If I get a transfusion from a black person then will I turn black? I think not, so it is not in your blood that makes you black..

Scientifically our external appearence makes up less than 2 percent of our total physiology. A ethnically African person can have more in common with an ethnically Germanic person than with another African. All ideals of "races" of people are purely socially based.

I honestly believe it's just a way of getting caucatian people who feel prejudice towards other races to consider that possibility; with america's history.
