what is a good exercise and diet? when i say "diet" i just mean eating healthy. if i do this how much weight can i lose by the end of august?

eat tacos and you will lose like crazy because it will fill you up faster and stick so you are not as hungry as so fast.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber, your proteins should be lean, and your fats should be sparing but high in the omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

Lift weights or perform power yoga. These are resistance exercises which will increase your lean mass and burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Also, some cardio helps.

Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to measure your progress because the measuring tape is more accurate.

if you eat healthy every day and add 30 minutes of excercise to your everyday routine and make sure to do sit ups every night or during the day you should be able to lose 3 lbs a day and it all depends on how much you want to take off. and how much calories you are going to be eatting. have to cut out the fried foods and eliminate the junk food and drink plenty of water drop the soda and coffee. you can google for great recipes for light eatting so that you wont get tired of eatting the same thing...limit the fruit intake and eat plenty of green vegetables and 80 oz of water limit lean meats to at least 2 servings , cut back salt to you are use to using none, take out mayo and fatty salad dressing, vinegrette salad dressing is better. Dr. Phil has a book that is real helpful that you should check out. if you need more help email me and i would be glad to offer all that i can. I am changing my eatting habits to for the better and it helps if you have people that you can get into it with and ask advice or cheer with.

how much weight you can lose depends on your weight now, your height and your age. eat well balanced meals with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. this can be broken up into 10-15 minutes at a time. the sites have lots of tips for you.
