Yeah it s good for ur abds to suck your tummy. If you want to lose weight u need to go on diet & work out that i stheonly way.

No, but doing it enough might firm up the muscles enough to make you look slimmer. The only way to lose fat is to reduce your calorie intake and/or increase your exercise routine to the point where you burn the fat.

Sort of. You can suck in the stomach in reps and the calories burnt could come from the fat deposits and help you lose it.

No, it will temporarily make it appear slimmer, but will not help you loose any fat. You would need to cut down on calories, eliminate any carbonated beverages that make you bloated and start exercising (especially targeting your midsection.)

there are certain breathing exercises you do to tone the tummy, but it does not help to lose fat.

sucking in your stomach gets you into the habit of automatically doing so and appears smaller =but you don't lose weight this way

Yes but only in exercising. You want to strength your core muscles. You don't walk around that way.

YES.. absolutely.. my best quality is my abs and I believe it's from my grandma always telling me to suck it in.. just periodically or when you think about it good luck!
