What I do is to bake them on the same (middle) rack, side-by-side, then give each a half-turn about half way through the baking time. If I don't forget, it works just fine. Just remember not to dawdle and let all the heat out of the oven.

Cookies are different. You can bake any two things together as long as they can fit on the same rack If you put another pan under the middle rack the bottom one will burn and the top one will take forever to bake. You can usually get 2 8 or 9 inch round spring form pans on one standard oven rack. Also make sure that if you use spring form pans to put foil around the bottom of the pans and put them on a sheet pan for even baking. GOOD LUCK

Yes, but make sure they don't touch each other or the sides of the oven. If there is air circulating around them both, they will bake evenly (if you have an oven thermometer...you do, don't you?!).

Get a large can or something open on both ends and stick it interior the midsection of the pan. Pour the vanilla interior the can, then pour the chocolate on the exterior then get rid of the can interior the midsection. sturdy success

Sure can - just don't let the pans touch while baking.
