Depends on the exercise you're doing. In order to lose 1 pound, you have to burn 3500 calories. You can keep track with a heart rate monitor to guestimate how many calories you are burning during exercise.

It depends on WHAT you're "doing"- to lose it. If you're on a starvation diet- it might take you 2 or 3 days. If you're jogging around the block- maybe 4 or 5 hours. If you have a nasty stomach virus- you could "lose a pound" in 10 minutes... -There are a LOT of possibilities... :)

its not as easy as that. because you lose calories before you lose fat. and when you lose fat, thats when the pounds start to come off. you need to to cardio work for over 20 minutes before you start burning stored fat. if u just exercise for around 10 mins, u lose just the calories. you actually lose more weight power walking for half an hour than running for half an hour.

How many minutes doing what? Sitting on your booty? Running on a treadmill? Doing jumping jacks? You can go to this website: calorie-count.com

It will tell you how many calories you've burned doing each activity! One pound of fat=3500 calories.
