You need to go to Belgium with a pair of scales, and go find a bunch of shepherds. Once say after 10 have been found and weighed would you be able to aggregate their weights to get an approximate weight for a Belgium shepherd.Good look on your quest, I hope it fills a void in your life.

Not sure if this will help, but I used to drink with a Belgian(um) shepherd, and he was round about 18 stone (114.3kg) (without crook), hence the need to have a well trained dog to save him having to run a lot. I met his brother a couple of times (he too was a shepherd) and he also weighed around 18 stone, and relied heavily on his dog. They had another shepherd brother, who I met several times. He was as skinny as a rake, but his dog was as fat as a barrel of lard, and had to be carried everywhere.
So! Having given this question a lot of thought and based on my personal knowlege, I think I have come up with the formula to work out the average weight for a ' belgium shepherd'. It is as follows:- 114.3+114.3 - 2ND(Normal Dogs) + Cubic root of 3rd shepherd + 27.5% of BFD(Big Fat Dog)
Hope this is of some help

35-40 kg, can be more depends the size.
You have to see that you don't see the ribs of the animal, when so this type is too slim.
