It's definitely "Vaya con Dios", "Go with God", "God go with you", "Goodbye".

It's one of the hit songs of the 50's and 60's by Les Paul and Mary Ford.

Literally, it means, "Go with God." It means "goodbye" but more than that, it is a way of saying farewell really. People don't usually say that casually when they know they're going to see one another again in a few hours, or even in a few days. It's more often say when, say, somebody is moving to another country and they don't know if they'll see one another for many years, if ever. So, then one says, "Adios" (to God, literally) and/or "Vaya con Dios" (go with God), because one wants to send the other off in the best possible fashion.
