Need to file a complaint with Panasonic--can't get passed tech support. Does anyone know how I can?

I need to get in touch with the management for Panasonic electronics. I can't get passed tech support over the phone. I have a complaint about a camcorder, but I don't have anyone to complain to other than the techs, and they're not helpful at all! Please help1!

Google is your friend. Find the CEO of Panasonic and send an actual letter to him at the corporate office address. When I can't get results I go straight to the top. They pass it off to someone who will take care of you. Its worked every time, but once....which is why I don't buy Sony electronic gear anymore.
