No they wouldn't because while 50% of each parents genes would go to the children, it wouldn't be the exact same 50% each time. Another way to think of it--your parents didn't just have multiple copies of you each time they another kid, even though its the same people having kids together, its not always the same gene combinations.

No. Only Identical twins look exactly the same because the have the same DNA make up. Twins marry other twins will now have same DNA. They may look very much alike, but still different.
