OK, I'll clarify: Someone answered a question on gay marriage stating that she saw a guy on Jerry Springer who wanted to marry his grandma. =0)

I'm not in the habit of watching the show, but from the clips I've seen, I'd feel a whole lot better about society if they were actors.

People will do anything for their 15 minutes of fame. So hopefully, even if they're not actors, they're exaggerating their circumstances a bit.

Either way, I agree with you that The Jerry Springer Show is not a credible source of information.

;o)

I knew a couple people who actually went on Jerry Springer. They were real people with a real (minor) dispute, but it wasn't like what they made it out to be on the show. Jerry takes real people and issues and embellishes and expands on them. Amateur actors get paid less! Having one of the people want to marry his grandma was jumping the shark a bit, Jerry.

I think most of them are. But I saw a guy on there that I knew from high school and there is no way that he was an actor. He had the same personality (some marbles missing)...he was such an idiot. He was on there to reveal that he was sleeping with his best friend's wife. That was years ago; I don't watch it anymore.

No matter how many actors they hire, it's still very scary that a person like Jerry Springer actually still exists.

Whatever happened to the nice, old-fashioned dying for other people's sins?

I do believe that the people that think the WWF (or whatever it is now) is real also think that Jerry Springer is real.

Dear Bettie, I believe you have stumbled upon something that both Atheists and Christians can join together and be thankful for...the off button on the TV set.

I wonder if they are real classically trained actors, or just regular people they got hard up for cash willing to pretend all that crazy stuff....hmmmm

yes, I do
I never liked the show, i could care less,
it shows most stupid people have nothing else to do with their liefs.
and it proofs how dumb, we are.
it is outrageous, has no CLASS
unfortunately people from all over the world watch that show with their satellite, and most probably they think wow so this is called U.S.A.

...the scary part is that they are acutually mimicking and portraying the lives and minds of real human beings that live with us on this very planet....if any of such, happen to be participating in this discussion, please forgive me for exposing you.

You have completely ruined my faith in humanity. I am crushed. I see no reason to go on living if...

Excuse me, the cat just hacked up a hairball. I'll get back to you.
