I would have to say that more than likely it is the food you are feeding her. It is probably upsetting her little stomach and when she lays down, or sits down it squeezes out the stinky little mass of air. Try changing her diet slowly and see if that helps.

Would there be a better place for your dog to fart???Maybe in the washroom. I would prefer a dogs company over many humans anyway. Where do you fart???

Dogs do not have manners! They figure they can pass gas where ever they want and when ever they want.
Some types of dog food will cause gas. Any food with soy beans can cause gas. Their tummy will hurt if they would not pass it./
