Baked chips are pretty similar, look at the calorie and fat content and go with the lower of the two, if you must have chips.

Orange juice has vitamins that tea doesn't have, although more sugar (compared to unsweetened tea or tea with faux sugar) but tea (without table sugar) is not unhealthy. In fact, I read something earlier in the week about black tea being better for you than green tea after all.

I've never heard of ciabatta so can't answer the last one. Look on the packaging and compare calories and fiber.

Which ever chip has the lease amount of fat. But potatoes in any form, should be limited by diabetics.

OJ is good, but has a lot of sugar. Eating an orange might be better. Iced tea is fine if you don't use sugar.

Bagel or ciabatta. Basically the same, I think.
