i can think of some ways to use it...but help me out...lol

THE EXERCISE BALL IS A VERY USEFUL TOOL. IT PROBABLY CAME WITH A VHS AND/OR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON ITS USE. SEE SOME LINK FOR EXERCISES BELOW: HAVE FUN!!!
