Depends on who's officiating on any given day. You may think that god gave you that good parking spot at the mall, but the lady behind you thinks the devil put you there to keep her from having that parking spot.

God is, of course! In today's context however, the devil is allowed by God to have a lot of power. During this time the devil is allowed to tempt people and convince them to forsake God. But someday, the hammer's gonna fall!

Definitely GOD himself.Devils have demonic powers meant only for destruction, but GOD has superpotent powers meant for construction of the good and destruction of the demonic powers. In todays context it can be said ,for example, the nuclear energy can be used both for constructive as well as destructive purposes. So it has both positive and negative elements though the fundamental thing is one and the same.Likewise the devils constituting the negative aspect are also GOD's creation so as to make us realise well the value of the positive aspect!!!

Both do exists in this world. When we meet good persons then they are said to be a part of god. When we meet selfish, greedy, egoistic or quarrelsome people then we meet a part of evil.
Both are powerful in their own ways. From the creation till now and in the future, both of them will work in their own ways. God will try to lessen the conflicts etc and evil will work against it. Terrorism,Crime etc are the forces of evil . Spirtual persons,Leaders working for the peace etc are the forces of God. The battle between good and evil will go on .

God is more powerful. The only power the devil has is what we allow him to have over us. Rebuke the devil and he has to leave you alone.
