For 3 months ive had an ingrowing toe nail next week im geting a section of my nail taken off. But me being so stupid cut my toe nail coz it was getting long but i cut it to low and the other side of the toe with the ingroing nail is hurting like hell will the doctor/nurse take the other side of the nail of aswell or will i have to wait ???

I would say "yes" the MD treating the toe will remove whichever sections are causing the problem. Good patient teaching will instruct you how to properly cut your toenails in the future to avoid ingrowns. I have treated my own ingrowing toenails, my entire adult life by trimming them from the corners before they become imbedded and painful. Good luck!

I don't know if the doctor will do two nails at a time. It depends on the doctor and what he thinks about the other nail. I've went through many of these surgeries for ingrown toenails on several of my toes, eventually I had to have them totally removed because getting just the side taken off didn't help. When the nail started growing back the pain came back. this may not happen for you, but you need to be aware of this for the future.

Depends on the doc. I've had them do both big toes and even the little ones all at once. The reason Doc doesn't like to do them all at once is because you need to be able to walk!! Once you have them removed you need to rest up for a couple of days. Also, it depends on how much time he has reserved for you in the appt. If you want it taken care of, just be adamant that you would like it done all at once. I've had 'em done through a general practitioner and a Podiatrist. (mine have the tendency to grow back) These ingrown nails hurt like a mother; Good Luck!!
