That's easy - my own homemade oatmeal cookies. Here you go:

Oatmeal Cookies
(Makes about 2 dozen – this is a small recipe, perfect for couples)

¼ cup butter-flavored Crisco stick shortening
½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. ginger
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 cup uncooked rolled oats (Quaker or whatever no-name brand you prefer)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Using either a wire whisk or blender on low speed, beat Crisco and sugars in a large bowl until smooth. Add egg, milk and vanilla, beating thoroughly until it is the consistency of batter.
3. Add salt, cinnamon, allspice and ginger. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
4. Using a rubber spatula or blender on low speed, stir in flour, baking powder and soda until dough is stiff.
5. Using either your hands or the spatula, fold in the oats. Combine until thoroughly mixed.
6. Using a teaspoon or melon scoop, roll small balls of dough between the palms of your hands until surface of the dough is shiny. Bake on non-greased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes, or until surface of cookie is desired brownness. Cool on wire rack for up to 5 minutes (if you can resist).

Variations:

•For crisper, less chewy cookies – increase flour to 1 cup. (I prefer mine chewy.)

•You may have noticed that there are no raisins in this recipe. Here is the reason why: I spent the better part of my life removing raisins from everything from cookies to cinnamon buns, and this is my revenge. You, of course, may feel free to add 1 cup of raisins to the above recipe, and have a field day doing so.

Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies... especially when they are warm out of the oven!

Peanut Butter Cookies made by me I don't mean to be conceited, but seriously, mine are the best! I double the peanut butter, use regular butter, and then I pull them out of the oven just before they are done. That way they stay chewy instead of crispy. I have yet to find anyone (including my mom) that makes them as good as me!
As far as store bought cookies, I love chocolate covered graham crackers

My favorite kind of cookie is the ones my mom makes. She does chocolate (almost brownie-like) cookie and puts peanut butter chips (like chocolate chips with peanut butter instead) inside it.

The most popular, however, is the one and only chocolate chip.
