Please help me!?

I just a bought a brand new lord of the rings battle for middle earth 2 for my pc. I met all of the requirements for it. The first two CD's ran well, but when i got to the third CD it says that it was unable to transfer the music.big from the media. It stopped at about 30%. The CD is completely clean but it still wouldn't install. I did what it said and shut down all the other programs so i could install it. It still doesn't work. What do I do!?

Sound like a faulty CD

Running Vista, I guess. If not, are you sure you met all the qualifications with the sound card also?

If it won't load take it back to the store.
