Fourteen proofs that the earth and universe are young. All of them are blatant lies. If you are a creationist, how can you, in good conscience, support people who lie like this? I'll try to explain each of them as short as possible.
1. (winding galaxy)There is absolutely no reason given for why this is true, so it's just blowing smoke
2.(supernova)"according to observations" first words. So how are observations refuting them?
3.(comets)not true. Comets can be "captured" by a star and start orbiting it. They don't need to be the same age as the solar system
4,5(mud/sodium)these processes do not occur at a constant rate, but depend on teperature, pressure, etc.
6.(magnetic field)The earth's magnetic field is not decaying, it's oscillating. It changes its polarity every few thousand years.
7.no contradiction
8.(bio decay)"natural environments"key word. Air pockets or other exotic conditions can extend life

9,10(fossils,helium) there are different possible explanations for this, such as external influence(insertion/leaking of substance from chemical process)
11.(c-14) scientists use multiple forms of radioactive dating to "double confirm" and there have been no anomalies. Look at the source of this.
12.(stone age skeletons) this assumes that all of the dead were buried. It was likely only important persons. Most organisms don't fossilize.
13,14(agriculture/writing) both of these are pure speculation. There is absolutely no way to predict how long it would take early humans to discover agriculture or writing.(and there may be older writings undescovered, or destroyed).

sorry, I guess they took it down. their arguments were
1-galaxies wind themlselves up too fast
2-too few supernova remnants-based on observations we should see more(???)
3-comets must be the same age as the solar system, and are young
4-not enough mud on the sea floor
5-not enough sodium in the sea
6-earth's magnetic field is decaying too fast
7-strata "too tightly bent"???
8-biological material decays too fast to be as old as they say
9-coloration of minerals from radioactive decay is inconsistent
10-too much helium in rocks to be accounted for by alpha decay
11-carbon-dating places million year old artifacts at 6,000 years(I thought c14 was "innacurate")
12-not enough buried dead from stone age
13-agriculture didn't develope fast enough
14-recorded history is too recent

Well, if we look at creationist Kent Hovind, who is currently serving time for tax evasion, we can see that lying actually comes quite naturally.

Though I believe that God created the earth I believe the above mentioned Christians are misguided. I believe in their unacknowledged arrogance they are plain old afraid of being wrong. Further it is mute. How is this arguing over how old the earth is and making up things going to promote the message that God loves us all no matter that we are wrong often and seeks to make us better through example of what real love is and guiding us from within in a quest to be more like Him.
Come on people. He said the time of our lives is but a blink of an eye for Him.
The bible is about wisdom and science is about knowledge and someway they have missed it. The definition of sin is poor aim that causes us to miss the target.

It is your choice, your decision, your free will.

CHOOSE WISELY

The proof and evidence is all around you and everywhere, undeniable proof, and indisputable visible evidence. It is called creation and life. Unless your are blind, deaf, and senseless. You can see, smell, taste, hear, feel, and examine the evidence.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
We live on a planet teeming with life. Plant life with approximately 250,000 species, animal life with over a million species. Scientists are learning just how complex life is. So complex that it requires design. The evidence of design requires a designer. Scientists are also learning the conditions for life; just how perfect conditions here on planet Earth are to support all this life.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
The human brain, it absorbs forty megabytes per second of data while awake. That is two terabytes of data a day. At night, it sorts and stores that data through the creation of new chemical bonds and synaptic connectors.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
Sure, right, this all just happened and evolved. This sort of thinking takes considerable faith, exponentially more faith than believing in a creator.

Or how come we can see light from 15 billion light years away, how do we see it if the earth is 10,000 years old...garbage!

It is amazing, isn't it. The trick is, they try to explain the world with the bible. They would fail badly, trying to do the vice versa!

Hahahaha, you used "creationists" and "good conscience" in the same sentence, that was your first mistake.
