I'd say A).

You are born with your sexuality.

Now, you can "change" it. Just like you can dye your hair red, you can choose to have sex only with members of the opposite sex. But you have to work to maintain it, and it's not natural.

And you would only change your hair (or sexuality) if you want to. Granted, if people go around beating up redheads, then you'd see a lot of people coloring their hair to avoid that threat...much like gay people "choosing" to be straight to avoid the problems of society.

Discriminating someone based on their sexuality is the same as discriminating anyone else for the above selections in one way or another. I'm not sure if that helps, but when you look at it it's true!

It could be with hair color and political affiliation, because those are choices also. If one alter's their appearance, it may apply for attractiveness, as well. We don't get to choose our cultural heritage or if we have Don's Syndrome. That's why it's called sexual PREFERENCE. Oh, and don't make the mistake of calling disagreement or even disapproval, discrimination. It's not.

it is not unlawful to be homophobic, neither is it unlawful to discriminate against somebody per sexuality on the federal point. i think of you recommend representatives. we don't have a hundred seventy five senators and that they did not vote in this invoice yet. a hundred seventy five abode of representatives nonetheless have confidence homosexuality to be incorrect and stay in conservative districts. that's unhappy. --- i think Bob B has never heard of the 14th substitute to the form. that's common to forget shape amendments that don't help your time table. additionally, for the different person asserting lots of the international is against homosexuality, sorry yet that's incorrect and ignorant.

No - because most people are not discriminated against because of their sexuality but because of how they choose (note the key word - "choose") how they CHOOSE to exercise it.

It may be true that one is born with a given sexual disposition. (The jury is still out on that one.) But the individual chooses how they act - whether heterosexual or homosexual, they choose.

And there are many people who will "discriminate" - ie not approve of or give support to - the way they act.

Sounds and looks like the homos got you in their grips too. Not the same thing. Hair color is not perverse, neither is heritage, politics, attractiveness and disease. People of decency have a right to deny perversion that offends them.

Any and all discrimination is wrong.

In the US we like to shout that we are the home of the free - we just don't like to actually allow too much freedom.

They're not trying to change my grandson's hair color, cultural heritage, looks, etc.

Why should they teach political affiliation and anal sex in the 5th grade???? Isn't THAT discrimination?
