When I had my 3 boys sprayed I was told by the vet for the first few days keep them calm but they could still go out to the garden to do there bits. The vet also said no outside walks for approx 5/7 days. No running around no climbing stairs.
Hope this helps

She'll probably be fine for a little outside time, as long as you keep her clean, supervised and don't allow other dogs or kids to play with her. She will likely be pretty lethargic and not want to run around anyway. If it's nice out, maybe put a soft little bed outside next to a patio chair and let her take a little nap in the sun.

you can let the puppy out long enough to go to the restroom and then straight back in the house until at least around day 7 after surgery. usually about day 10 they have you come back in and remove sutures (if they didn't glue incision) to check it and make sure it's not getting infected or irratated.
you also wanna make sure that if your puppy starts licking at it to tell them no in a firm voice "No." you may need to do this two or three times. most puppies will stop. if they continue go back to your vet and ask for an e-collar to prevent them from licking the surgery area.
DO NOT let them jump up high (like onto a couch or bed) or jump off of anything to prevent gravity from busting the incision back open.
Good luck... before you know it 10 will be up.

If it were me I would walk the dog on a leash. You do not want the dog to get to excited. The dog maybe sore but you still do not want it up jumping or running for a few days. If the dog needs to get up on something you need to help it up.
Just make sure the area is clean and dry. Watch for any redness drainage or swelling.
I would not let the dog out by itself!!

She can go out in the garden now, surely you aren't letting her pee in the house? for a dog that is house trained that must be awful for her, usually as soon as I get my bitches home from the vets after being spayed I walk them in the garden for a pee, they usually go straight away, and she can go out on a lead for a gentle walk the day after the op.

There different types of sutures that can be used. Find out from your vet, the type that was used and the care required for that particular type. If she has to go out for a pee pee go out with her and then bring her right back in. Don't take any chances until you have talked to your vet.

Call the vet and ask.
In the meantime, let her take the lead and show you what she wants to do, and if she doesn't do anything, fine. Her little body is doing a lot right now on the inside, maybe so much that she isn't able to actually move around much.

When I had my girl spayed, I was told that she was fine to go outside to go the bathroom normally - I just wasn't allow to let her go on long brisk walks, go up/down stairs, jump, run, or play rough for about 2 weeks.

I was told to wait 3 days. If they get anything in the area that the cut is in, it could get infected. By day 3 the cut should be pretty much closed.
Good luck, and good looking out for your puppy!

Your dog should really only stay in your house and in your yard for at least a couple days. No getting her wet for 10 days and Absolutely no jumping. Also, unless your dog is up to date on all of her vaccinations, she shouldn't go anywhere besides your house and your yard because it's Parvo season, and you don't want her getting sick.
