In my original question, I cited Wikipedia as a source showing different animal species also have homosexual members. Giggly Giraffe will not accept that source, so I'm trying to gather some more. I think it is important that Christians realize humans can be born gay, and it's natural, and they shouldn't be demonized for it. Thanks.

1. Dolphins have sex for pleasure. This is shown by the rather basic fact that they have no cycle of 'heat' as does every other single mammal with the exception of humans. They have no mating season, they simply have sex whenever they want, which is frequently.
2. Giggly Giraffe is not interested in facts or sources.
3. Christians will NOT 'realize' that humans have no choice of what gender they prefer, because realizing it would contradict what they have been told. It would threaten their entire world view. People HATE it when something threatens their world view.

Edit: Oh irony of ironies! That MSNBC article I quoted below has a link on it (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15750604/) about a museum exhibit that focuses on gay animals... and in it, under a picture of two GIRAFFES, it says "Scientists say that homosexual activity among giraffes is, in many cases, more common than heterosexual activity." So *that's* why the giraffe is so damned giggly!

and well as far as being gay.. i again dont think its natural thing is the best idea.. i mean the animal kingdom is a nasty place.. killings... eating poopies....
i dont think homosexuality is wrong... its a way of life that none of us have a right to label as wrong.
the ONLY thing that anyone can say its wrong is from the bible.. other than that the it isnt natural thing doesnt hold.. its gross doesnt hold...
people just need to realize not all of us believe the bible... and until the day when people stop believing in it ,(which i dont know if it will ever happen) then this will always be an issue for them.

Dolphins have sex for pleasure without procreation as a goal and without being driven by biochemical urges. All apes have sex for pleasure although they usually reserve it for estrus. Bonobo monkeys use sex as a replacement for violence and aggression in their society and spend most of their time having sex (with members of both genders). Try National Geographic or Discovery Channel, stay away from Wiki except as a launching pad.

God gave man sex for pleasure and also multiplication. Also such as other species. It is our own selfish lust and desires that changed that intent. Can a gay person or people of the same sex replenish the earth. In abook I read certain types of monkeys have sex for pleasure, they even use it for making up after fights, and they also had gay sex as well as orgies and everything else that humans do, only much more freely. We should be more like those monkeys.

In a Thai zoo they used a DVD of Pandas having sexual intercourse to show the Pandas, hoping the demonstration -- call it Panda porn -- will inspire the Pandas to make a love connection.

only humans achive sex for pleasure beast are purely procreational.and not homosexual! it is a male dominance trait only that male animals do to prove alpha male .we are not born gay? we choose ive been there done that it usually is brought on by molestations and taught behavior.
