Please, I'm asking anybody knows anything about how and what to do to get this thing straight out. I left the states while my I-485 pending, didn't have leave document, now I want to go back. How can I go back to my wife?

Travel Outside the United States for Adjustment of Status
Applicants Under Sections 209 and 245 of the Act and
Registry Applicants Under Section 249 of the Act.

Your departure from the United States (including brief visits to
Canada or Mexico) constitutes an abandonment of your
adjustment of status application, unless you are granted
permission to depart and you are inspected upon your return
to the United States. Such permission to travel is called
''advance parole.'' To request advance parole, you must file
Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, with the
appropriate fee at the USCIS office where you applied for adjustment of status.

You will have to write a letter of appeal to the US Embassy in your current location as to why they should even consider letting you back in. Let us hope the consul reviewing this will be in a good mood. BTW do you have a valid B2 visa?**

You should of known when you left the US what would happen.. it clearly states on your I-485 you must remain until you could leave and come back.. so you made your mistake so deal with it.... why dont she just go back to where you are? then you will be togather.....

Why would she want you back? Call her and see if she is interested in taking a bum like you back. If she says yes good for but she's a fool. If she says NO wisdom rules.

Knock off all the post. If you can't get an answer in one, you won't get it in multiple posts.
