How can you have it both ways...again, the fetus does not know who the father is....
Again, for this gray reason, I do not believe we can legislate abortion...
The question is this...fundamentalists...if it is murder in one instace...isn't it murder in both?
Finally, if your daughter was raped by a family member...would you not want her to have access to an abortion? Would you be willing to raise this child so that it has a quality life...rather than possibly ending up in the foster system...etc...

It's always murder.
If there was a rape, why kill the unborn baby? Why not prosecute the rapist instead?
This is why it's important that Biblical morality be taught in ALL schools.
Prov 22:6 says to "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." KJV
99.9% of rapes would be eliminated if all children were taught that rape is wrong, abstinence should be practiced before marriage and women should dress modestly.
Murdering unborn children isn't the answer. Once again, the Word of God is the answer, and those who rebel against it are the problem.

OK- I have answered these types of questions before , and my answer will not be any different- Abortion is murder in any circumstance. The rapist is the one that needs to be punished not the innocent child. There are many couples out there that would be thankful to adopt that little innocent child, because they are unable to conceive at all. My birth mom loved me enough to carry me to term and place me in an adoptive home, and one day I hope that I will be able to thank her. Also my husband and I have 2 precious adopted children and their birth moms set aside their feelings for the sake of the children. My son's birth mom by the way was date raped. I am so thankful that it is God that created us- and therefore no one has a right to abort a child.

Abortion is murder for any reason other than the woman's life is in imminent danger from the pregnancy. In that event the baby would die anyway and that was legal before abortion on demand was legalized.I would either raise an unwanted baby of my daughters, or let the baby be adopted.

There is a such thing as adoption.
People keep forgetting about the people who want these children. Many, and I do mean MANY cannot have the blessing of conception on their own.
We're not saying keep the child and look at it as a reminder of what happened, but we are saying to give the child a chance. It's life once it's conceived. Point blank. So it's murder if you abort. Point Blank!

Boy, that whole "quality of life" thing really scares me. I used to be able to play golf in the low 80's. I haven't played for a while, and last year I shot a 98. Do I still qualify as having a good quality of life, or should my wife have me put down?
Murder is murder. The victim of the murder probably doesn't care if you killed them because your house was burglarized last week or because you drank too much, or why you decided to murder them. And I don't want someone quick to murder the unborn deciding for me when I have "quality of life".

it is the taking of another life.
Call it what you will.
What does God call it?
According to God's Word the rapist should be killed,
not the innocent.
Abortion is a perfect example of making right wrong,
and wrong right.

My bio-logical mother opted to give me up for adoption...Thanks Mom...maybe someday we will meet in heaven...
