I used to be a Christian. I used to believe in God, so sometimes what I'd learned sticks with me. I have since pretty much turned my life over to the occult. Ouija, Dream Interpretation, Psychics, Ghosts, Demonology, etc. Anyways, things are happening around me and I am wondering if it is a reult of my involvement in such activities. I am extremely depressed, and very self-destructive anymore. I am back to cutting, using, drinking, casual sex, stealing, and homosexuality. It's like I have no concious anymore. I have this somewhat hatred toward God, it's weird. I'm just wondering, because of my Christian backround if I have let something bad in? It's hard because I'm still very skeptic about demonic possession and such. I don't really know what to do. I'm at the end of my rope, suicidal thought have been plaguing me. Is it just conviction, or worse? I'm so lost, angry and confused.

First of all no. You did not let in anything that wasn't already there. All that has happened now is you are simply realizing the existence of all things that exist. This can lead to a large amount of confusion and disorientation. ( i was there as well when i began my journey) everyone handles it differently but if you make it through the beginning you will find what you seek. And yes you seek something otherwise you would simply have remained within the idiosyncratic confines of the Christian church. I mark a distinction between the church and religion due to the fact that the true religion has nothing wrong with it, at it's core. Anyhow hopes this helps if you require further assistance post on the group. Ponder this: All religions are fundamentlly right and fundamentally wrong. Understand that and you will be well on your way to truly seeing the world.

You traded the things of God for the things of Satan and look how you feel. My friend, the occult is from Satan and Satan hates you, wants you to be miserable, carry you to hell with him. Do not let him, there is atonement in the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus can forgive any and all sins big and small. All you need to do is accept His gift of salvation by faith. Just tell God that you are a sinner and needs God gift of eternal life, be willing to repent of your sin(this includes separating yourself from everything in the occult), and ask Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior because you believe He died for you and rose again to reconcile you with God. If you do this then Jesus will free you from the life you are living in which the devil made miserable for you by the occult. The occult brings pain and suffering but salvation in Jesus Christ brings eternal peace and life. God is calling you. What will you do? God bless.

In deed you have... but you need not continue... first... you were not Christian... that is not to put you down, just a statement of fact... but you can come to God if you can find The Way... You need to get professional medical help. You didn't let anything "bad" in, what is in you is probably the result of treatable medical problems. Clinical depression can cause people to act as you say you do. Please seek treatment.

You sound like a tract. "Turned my life over to the occult"? "Cutting, using, drinking, casual sex, stealing, and homosexuality"?

Sorry, it sounds fake.

Time to go get some professional counselling... no shame in it. Nobody needs to, nor deserves to suffer.
