Is there a way to take a photo and make it into an icon that you can click on, on your desktop? Maybe use it as a shortcut to a photo album for example?

u will need than html code togo to the site. so u click on it and it will take u that site.

I believe Photoshop will make icons. Since you may not have Photoshop you can also use the free program called GIMP to make some icons. Just save them as Microsoft Windows Icons (.ico extension).

You can use MS Paint to create the icon image, and save it with a file extension of .ico. Check out this website for full instructions (I'll spare you the huge copy & paste).
