Mayonnaise and it has to be REAL mayo . . . I don't like Miracle Whip, and I do not understand people who think the two are interchangeable.

Does garlic count? Otherwise I have about 8 different mustards and 4 kinds of mayo. The wasabi mayo is great with grilled cheese.

I love mayo. Even though its not as healthy for me I can not live without it. Especially on hoagies I always order extra mayo. I cant stand a dry sandwich !
