There are many hair removal products that strip the hair from the root like Wax and sugaring products, you can also use chemical hair removers (like Veet) - either of these processes will cause the hair to grow back slower and thinner. Shaving -no matter how many blades-just chops the hair and that is why you get stubble. Try a deeper removal and you will have smoother legs and it lasts longer too!

Shaving or waxing. Shaving causes the hair to grow back must faster than shaving. But sooner or later, you're going to get tired of shaving every other day just to have smooth legs. So, I would suggest buying Nair or some kind of hair removal. Veet is another, but I haven't tried it yet. But be careful of allergic reactions to Nair or any kind of hair removal substance, because it can hurt. Good luck.

What my friend does is use this acid stuff from Walmart to remove fast hair growth. I forget what it is called but if you ask the lady at Walmart she will assist you.
1. Soak your legs in warm bath water for 2-4 minutes.
2. Add powder and let your legs soak in it. (the water should be a purplish color when the powder is poured.)
3. After letting your legs soak for 4-5 minutes, all hair should be removed!
Doing this twice a month will get rid of you hair problem. It does for my friend and I hope it will for you too.
U.S.A- $5.00
Canada-$6.00

There are these quite new mini machines which i dont know the name of but they gently buff the hair away and kill the hair at the root, leaving you with soft skin and hair that wont grow back for a few weeks, I dont think they are too expensive either and they can be bought at Argos if you live in th UK. Search it on the internet because i've totaly lost the name sorry!
Hope this helps x

Sounds like you need to exdoliate your legs regularly so that the dead skin layer doesn't get too think. If it's too thick the hair can't pop out of the skin.
