That may not be enough info. Im wanting to open the shutter long enough to get exposure of the the whole train to make the Whoosh look. I guess thats what you can call it. and i have no idea how to. PLEASE HELP ME

I can't find a Fuji S620 - only a Fuji S602.
The 602 has the setting you want: Shutter priority mode. Use that setting to dial in a VERY long shutter time, put the camera on a tripod or other steady object, and fire away.
When you keep the shutter open for a few seconds, you get tons of movement bur - this is what you usually try to avoid, but in this situation it's exactly what you want!
