Culinary is a great career path! Since you are still in school, see if your school has any culinary classes. You would also benefit from business classes, Spanish or Portuguese, and aerobics and weight lifting. Get a job after school in a restaurant. Until you have worked in the industry you should not go to school! J&W is a good school but you need real food experiance to get in, so do your homework and get a job. If you love it, there is no better job than in the kitchen!! Also, with your good grades, you will be a great candidate for Culinary school, but don't go until you are old enough to drink. Trust me on this one, Providence is a great city for legal adults. Besides, if you wait ,you will be able to pay your own way!!
