Hands down, Twisted Sol. Anyone can look on those group pages but unless you know the shop/artists, etc. or at least view their website, it is all just advertising. Stick to actual referrals and go with the one that suits you best.

I'm not sure of a parlor myself, but please do find out how whichever tattoo parlor you go to has sterilization techniques such as Autoclave which I believe dentists use as well or if, hopefully, they throw out/discard each needle for each person. Hepatitis B (inflammation of the liver and can be chronic and debilitating) is at least one of the forms of hepatisis (as well as HIIV, the virus that causes AIDS) that can be transmitted via a dirty needle or one that is not properly sanitized.

I can recommend the one I go to in Boulder - it is run and owned by a registered nurse (I believe she is also the artist at the shop). I use the other artist, Shane.
