I am looking for a Flan desert that uses cream cheese, vanilla, eggs, milk, sugar. I know it cooks for awhile then you cool it and leave it in the frig for 24 hours. Does anyone have this paticular recipe?
Thank you in advance.

heres a recipe for
Creamy Caramel Flan
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small, heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, cook sugar, stirring, until golden. Pour into a 10 inch round baking dish, tilting to coat bottom and sides. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated. Beat in condensed and evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth. Pour into caramel coated pan. Line a roasting pan with a damp kitchen towel. Place baking dish on towel, inside roasting pan, and place roasting pan on oven rack. Fill roasting pan with boiling water to reach halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes, until center is just set. Cool one hour on wire rack, then chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. To unmold, run a knife around edges of pan and invert on a rimmed serving platter.

Hope this helps!

I've always made it from the box because it's too much work from scratch. Royal and Jello brands both make it and it's just like making cooked pudding, but with eggs. It will be as rich as the restaurant kind if you increase the eggs to 4 or 5. If the homemade/scratch recipe is difficult or doesn't work out, look in the Jello pudding boxes section of the grocery store. (I'm Mexican American and love flan.)

Easy Flan:

If you have never made flan before, maybe now is the time to try it. This recipe makes it easy. You will need six individual ramekins, and a large baking pan to put them in. Just made this last night and it came out great & very tasty too! :)

1 hour 15 min prep
6 servings

1 1/2 cups sugar
6 large eggs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (13 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Pour 1 cup sugar in warm pan over medium heat.
3. Constantly stir sugar until it browns and becomes caramel.
4. Quickly pour approximately 2-3 tablespoons of caramel into each ramekin, tilting it to swirl the caramel around the sides. Reheat caramel if it starts to harden.
5. In a mixer or with a whisk, blend the eggs together.
6. Mix in the milks then slowly mix in the 1/2 cup sugar, then the vanilla.
7. Blend smooth after each ingredient is added.
8. Pour custard into carmel lined ramekins.
9. Place ramekins in a large glass or ceramic baking dish and fill with about 1-2 inches of hot water.
10. Bake for 45 minutes, check with a knife just to the side of the center. If knife comes out clean, its ready.
11. Remove and let cool.
12. Let each ramekin cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
13. Invert each ramekin onto a small plate, the caramel sauce will flow over the custard.
14. Serve & enjoy.
