Ok here it is... My bank in another state where my mom lives went to $2... I spent $5 at McDonalds... they charged me $5 a day for 15 days, I sent my mom to the bank to deposit $50 and didnt tell her why... They wouldnt let her, the account closed -$75. The bank manager says sorry, send her back down and we'll re-open it.
My mom goes back and they not only wont let her deposit the money, they tell her my account went negative, has been sent to collection and is going on my credit history! What can I do? Sue them for giving out personal credit info?!

No, you can not sue them for giving out personal credit info. She was acting as your authorized agent when she went to the bank to re-open the account. They ARE allowed to disclose personal credit information to an authorized agent acting on your behalf.

Speak to a branch manager.
There's always some one above the person you are speaking to.
