Days Inn Toronto Beaches is a nice quiet place, and usually very cheap -- good basic accommodation, and right on the transit line to downtown (street railway car stops right at the door!).

first it is Toronto....secondly check the Toronto Toursim website for the list of hotels/motels......expect to pay about $120/night though.....that is the cheapest....your are going during peak tourist season.....
