You are slowly killing yourself is what you're doing. You are clearly not fat. You have lost over 17 pounds in one week and have done it in the worst way possible. You know what you are doing is wrong. Stop it now. Eat and drink something immediately. Make sure when you eat something that it isn't anything too heavy and by all means not greasy or it will make you sick. There are plenty of ways to lose a few extra pounds, I know - I'm doing it. I too am 5'3", and only a few weeks ago weighed 156. I now weigh 135 - I lost the weight by going on the Southbeach diet - which by the way is chocked full of good food and you eat all the time. If you truly feel "mental anguish" about eating, then get some help of some kind - don't be dependent upon a site like this for help. By by all means girl - eat & drink something immediately - or you are going to find yourself in the hospital fighting for your life!!!!
