Legally ANYTHING that you do w/ someone under 18 in ANY kind of sexual way (that includes kissing) is statutory rape. Unfortunately that is just the way the law is set up. However, if you have her parents blessing to date one another and you are NOT sneaking around behind thier backs then I wouldnt see any reason to worry. If they DONT know and they DONT approve then I would just hold out until she turns 18 b/c even if SHE doesnt have a problem w/ it, her parents could still turn you in for statuatory rape (it happened to a friend of mine in high school!). But DEFINATELY DONT have sex w/ her until she is 18. Even IF you have her parents blessing and hers on the relationship b/c IF things go sour and you break up then she COULD be vicious and turn you in. Good luck!

Technically, you can do anything. At the age of 16 she became legally able to consent to sex, with in a 7 year age radius. You fall with in 5. If your trying to be completely safe on any alligations, yes you can hold hands kiss, and do whatever legally.

If she feels like comfortable doing "things" with you then i guess it's OK, but she's still a minor, remember that...if you think it's worth braking the law because of ya love then it's OK
