He doesn't you are home base, kick the leech out before the kids are attached.

Don't believe me? Pick a Saturday night, have a baby sitter set up, let him do his routine leave and make everything in the house the same and then scope him out. He sees you however, his routine is over, if you see him at somebody's don't go near it, unless its a pub. Make sure you can get to see in before he does, if you have a friend he doesn't know even better. But I am assuming that he feels confident that you dont have that kind of network.
9 pm is a good time to get ready to go bar hoping, so if he is at a pub, dont go in until 30 minutes before last call, if he's sitting/standing/dancing with a woman then you have it. Pack his crap leave it on the stairs with a note and if you have a way to produce a photo, bring a form of camera to take a picture and leave that with the note. Be ready to call police when he starts banging on door to have him removed from premises.

21 is too young and dumb, you are 30 with two kids, you have priorities, he has his, guaranteed that after being three years out of high school its not raise someone else's kids and settle down to bills and children issues.
(Don't be offended others, I know there are some actual responsible 16-21 year old males out there with kids, this isn't one of them)
Your question alone should answer it, you are not satisfied, dump him before he gets his claws in too deep.

Wow! Big age difference. Maybe he's not ready to take on certain responsibilities. Seems like your looking for more of a mature fatherly type man. Yeah! You need to watch out for the Myspace.com thing. That can definitely create a problem and you will start to doubt and feel insecure. Myspace is like the main thing now a days. Just ask him about the Myspace page. Do you have plans of marrying him?
