No, not yet at least. It is supposed to air on Public Broadcast in May hear in the states. I think it will be interesting. I have seen programs mention my beliefs from time to time. The last documentary format program I saw was about the life of Michael Jackson. While I have no idea whether the claims about Michael were true, I do know that many of the things they claimed we Witnesses believe were VERY untrue. Some were funny (Like a "ex-Witness" claiming that Michael was raised being taught from a certain book. The book did not exist, at least not in the form the person claimed, until a few years before the broadcast. The things he claimed were in the book, were in fact NOT.) Some were cruel, like claims about us supporting abuse.
I have heard many things about this video. I will be interested to see if it is fair and honest. I do not expect a glowing representation as, among other things, the video is done by an independant film company. I just hope that any inaccurasies are kept to a minimum and that, if they disagree with something said, they are willing to present it accurately still, and then if they want they can say, We disagree with.....
Can't wait till I see it and can give a more specific answer about the video.
PS Hopefully some people from Y!A will see it and then we can lay some of these often repeated questions based on inaccuracies to read such as Why do NO Kingdom Halls have windows, surprise, Some do, Some don't.

Yes. I have a copy. It is good, fair, balanced even though the people doing it are not JWs. It follows two families. one, a regular family (teen kids), and the other is an older family with the father a Nazi death camp survivor.
The best are the extras. Different subjects commented on by an assortment of authorities--doctors, professors, lawyers, members of Bethel, officials of the WTBTS.
I enjoyed it very much. The only thing I found strange was a study guide included. I guess some might need it in print.

I've looked on the links at 3 of the parts of it.
It looks interesting thanks. I dont know if it will be shown in full over here in the UK. You people have a lot of faith to do what you do and I have to respect you for that, a lot of what you say makes sense to to me too. This is a terrible selfish society today when people just consider life as disposable and kill unborn babies inside themselves & justify their actions by saying it isnt a life. I know God cant agree with that & I know you people dont too. Like I say you have my respect to go preaching to all sorts of people.

This documentary was not made by Jehovah's Witnesses.

Two Jehovah's Witnesses just came to my door (not kidding at all) and left me some kind of brochure. I want to see this documentary to see if it explains why they insist on beating on peoples' doors for half an hour just to hand you a paper.

No but i had them e-mailing me on a regular bases about the doc and had to firmly let them know i wasn't interested.
The doc may be the religions effort to maintain its identity just as the watchtower people will routinely make you aware of their presence on this message board.
