ok im 17 years old and the girl im crazy for is 21 and its becoming a problem. our friends are cool with it sorta but one of her 21 year old friends doesnt like it because he has a crush on her and i dont want to end a friendship but i cant see myself without her we are completely in love but we are having doubts because she doesnt know if she can wait a year before we can start a ''serious'' relationship. the last thing i want is for her to get into trouble. HELP ME!

4 years even though later on in life doesn’t matter much, It does at your stage.
She can't wait a year for you to become legal...That's a bit strange for "love"?
Seriously Love has limitless patience even to a fault at times.
And your worried about breaking up her friendship?...Who cares, She shouldn't if it was true love, you should be priority number 1.
Your still young and immature, you may not think it now but wait 8 years and you’ll be laughing at yourself I promise.
Also she sounds like a player and you’re a little toy to bat around.
Drop her find someone your own age, your own stage in life, I can't see it working between you two, and your going to sacrifice allot unnecessarily.

Not only did I date a younger man...I married him. My hubby is 4 years younger than me but he was 29 & I was 33 when we met so it wasn't a big deal. At your age I would continue the friendship & just see what happens.

1) Go to Canada, legal age for Canada is over 14.
2) Get your parent to sign a consent form.
3) When time comes for police to knock on your door, just tell them nothing happened. They can't press charge against your girl friend if you don't say anything.
