you will have to pay back the loan and what ever penalty they want to charge you..
call the pawn shop..
they don't want the car..but they do want their money..
if you sell it and don't tell the buyer the pawn shop has a claim to the car ,
you are committing fraud

The pawn shop is the owner now, since you defaulted, they have likely put their lien on. What can you do? Not much, you shouldn't have messed up on the pawn, you put your car as collaterral, and now they will collect on that.

No, since you no longer hold legal title to the car!
If you want to get the title back, you'll need to pay off the loan. If you don't do that soon, the repo man will be along shortly to collect it as it's no longer your vehicle!

if you defaulted on payments,not much. you broke the binding contract, you should talk to them NICELY and try to convince them to give you time to pay it off. most likely, they will charge you with a very high interest rate and will not agree with an installment plan of any kind. be prepared to shell out the pricipal and high interest on top of it, in whole.
